Anti Spam Policy

Policy Statement

Twyfords has a zero tolerance policy for spam or unsolicited emails. Twyfords does not send unsolicited emails or engage in deceptive email uses or practices such as misleading subject lines or addresses.

Opt-in Opt-Out

The Twyfords Newsletter is an opt-in only subscription based newsletter. Each newsletter sent features an option for opting out of the subscription at any time should the user wish to do so.

Terms of Use

Clients using Twyfords’ services and products agree to abide by Twyfords’ anti-spam policy. Mass mailings to purchased mailing lists are not conducted under any circumstances. Opt-in subscription lists with clearly marked Opt-Out features are the only acceptable form of mailing list. However, it is Twyfords’ policy to only use mass emailing in certain circumstances and not for the purpose of marketing products or services. i.e for our newsletter.

Reporting Spam

If you believe that you have received spam from Twyfords online facilities, send a complaint from your email account along with the unsolicited email to us.

Compliance

Twyfords complies with the requirements described in the Australian Anti-Spam Act 2003. Twyfords also complies with the New Zealand Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
