Janelle Mousley - Office Manager
As our Office Manager, Janelle provides a wide range of support to all staff with regard to client liaison, financial management and invoicing, stock control and ordering, project tracking, and document and information management. Janelle brings to her work extensive skills in administration and management, and is an exceptional asset to the team.
Michelle Balchin - Project Officer
Michelle brings to the team a broad base of work experience having worked in the Engineering, Banking, Human Resources, Property Management and Medical fields.
As a Project Officer, Michelle's responsibilities include project and administrative support, course arrangement and management and client liaison. In particular, Michelle has responsibility for organising and managing all the arrangements concerned with our IAP2 training programs in community engagement.
