Janelle Mousley - Financial Controller

As the Financial Controller for both Twyfords Australia and Twyfords New Zealand, Janelle provides a wide range of support to all staff with regard to client liaison, financial management and invoicing, stock control and ordering, project tracking, and document and information management. Janelle brings to her work extensive skills in administration and management, and is an exceptional asset to the team.

 

 

 

 

Michelle Balchin - Marketing Manager

Michelle brings to the team a broad base of work experience having worked in the Engineering, Merchant Banking, Human Resources, Property Management and Medical fields.

Commencing as a Project Officer, Michelle's responsibilities included project and administrative support, course arrangement and management and client liaison. In particular, Michelle had responsibility for organising and managing all the arrangements concerned with our IAP2 training programs in community engagement.

Michelle now combines those responsibilities with the Marketing Manager role; supporting the consultants to acquire long-term quality clients through the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and the development, implementation and management of our Client Relationship Management system.
