Tania comes from a background in IT and Management, having spent many years with BHP Billiton, and more recently as an independent consultant working with large resource and energy companies. Tania broadens our capabilities in the area of organisational change and she is already working with new clients to build their readiness for collaborative governance. Tania is a Wollongong native and has recently returned with her young family to the Illawarra after several years in Melbourne.
